RESERVATIONS –
Reservations can be made by phone, online or in person at the Ferndale, Burlington and Yakima offices as well as the Sea-Tac Airport kiosk. Day of departure tickets can be purchased from a driver at the shuttle stop of your destination based on space available. Reservations made curbside can be made with cash ($50 bills or less accepted) or by calling 866-235-5247.
Select shuttle stops require advance, prepaid reservations for service. If such a stop doesn’t have an advanced reservation scheduled for a specific shuttle, that shuttle will not stop at that location. Please view your desired location for complete details on the shuttle stop map.
You confirmation number is your boarding pass. Please keep it accessible to board and/or make changes to your reservation.
A signed Minor Release Form is required to be on file at the Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle main office before a minor between the ages of 12- and 16-years-old may travel alone. Minors younger than 12-years-old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
REFUND POLICY –
After completing the purchase of your Bellair Airporter Shuttle ticket, the following applies:
If you cancel prior to your scheduled departure, you can turn the ticket into an “open ticket” and use it at a later date at no additional charge. An “account credit” is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase. Or, you may request a refund which will be accommodated with $5 processing fee.
For Paine Field, request for refund or change to an open ticket must be made prior to departure. Post departure the ticket is non-refundable.
SCHEDULE & BOARDING –
Please arrive at your boarding location a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your shuttle’s scheduled departure. All shuttles depart on time. Prepaid reservations are valid until 5 minutes before departure before the seats may be opened to stand-by passengers.
Service between 2 stops within the same county is not available based on state and federal regulations.
Weather, road construction and other factors may affect operating conditions and affect shuttle on-time arrivals. As such, shuttle times can not be guaranteed.
Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle is closed for business on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Easter Day. No shuttle service is available those three days.
LUGGAGE –
Each passenger is allowed 2 standard sized pieces of luggage(as defined as under 50 lbs each and 70 linear inches or less) plus a small carry-on item. You are fully responsible for the correct identification and retrieval of your luggage. Skis, snowboards, golf clubs and gun cases (less than 6′ in length) will be accepted as one of the two standard pieces of luggage.
Each items exceeding the 2 standard pieces of luggage and one carry-on item is subject to a $5 one-way fee. Drivers will charge for extra and over-sized luggage at the point of departure. Items exceeding 50 lbs or 6 feet will not be transported.
Cargo is any item equal or larger than the size of a carry-on bag (9″x 14″ x 22″ = 45 linear inches). The first piece of cargo is $15 each. Each additional piece of cargo is $25. Examples of cargo include but are not limited to coolers, big boxes.
Bicycles must be in a box not exceeding 8″w x 30″h x 57″l, and are not considered standard luggage. There is a $10 fee each way.
As provided by Washington state law (RCW 81.29.050), unless higher value is declared prior to transportation and agreed to in writing by Bellair Airporter Shuttle, property damage liability will be limited to $250. Additional valuation will be charged at $1.00 per $100.00 or a fraction there of.
SMALL PETS – For a $5 fee each way, small pets are permitted to ride on the bus with the passenger if they travel is a small carrier (9” x 12” x 17”) that fits under the seat. Animals are required to be kept in the carrier for the duration of the trip. If it becomes disruptive, the driver may refuse service to the animal.
MEDIUM PETS – For a $10 fee each way, medium pets may ride in the luggage bay in a hard-sided, medium-sized kennel. Kennels larger than 32” x 22” x 23” or animals weighing more than 50 pounds are not transported.
You may pay for your pet when you make your reservation or to the driver at departure.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY REQUEST
With a minimum of 48 hours notice, you can be assured the proper vehicle is operating on your desired shuttle to accommodate your ADA travel needs. Please inform your reservation agent of the need at the time of you make your reservation by calling (866) 235-5247.
Also, to ensure compatibility, please provide the combined weight of the wheelchair and passenger along with the width and length of the wheelchair/scooter at the time you make the reservation. The maximum combined weight current equipment can accommodate is 500 lbs. The maximum width is 28″ and the maximum length is 45″.
